Common use of Authority to Conduct Business on the Airport Clause in Contracts

Authority to Conduct Business on the Airport. This Permit allows the Permittee to conduct certain commercial activities on a particular Airport owned and operated by Miami-Dade County. Such Airport is identified on page one of the Permit, and these Terms and Conditions apply to the Permittee’s activities on the entirety of the Airport. The “entirety of the Airport” refers to all of the property described on the Airport Layout Plan for the Airport (the “ALP”). The term “Airport” includes all of the buildings and facilities located on the grounds of the Airport as defined in the ALP, whether occupied or constructed by private companies or MDAD, and includes all unimproved areas of the Airport. The Airport consists of secured areas where SIDA badges (Security Identification Display Area badges) are required. It also consists of non-secured areas open to the public, including grassed lands, roads, and parking areas.
