Authority to Make Application. In the event that the Client requests and authorizes GTJAS to apply for Securities in respect of a new listing and/or issue of Securities on the Exchange as the Client’s agent for the Client’s benefit or for the benefit of any other person, the Client hereby warrants for GTJAS’s benefit that at the time of such application, GTJAS has authority to make such application on the Client’s behalf.
