Authorization to Store Customer Data. The customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that certain information (including, without limitation, your name, username, email address and contact information, which may be deemed “personal informationfor the purposes of various state, federal or other privacy laws) may be collected, transmitted, stored, and used by SysKit and its online services, and affiliates. You hereby expressly authorize and consent to the collection, transmission, storage, and use of such information by SysKit, its online services, and affiliates.
