Authorized Acquisition Fund Disbursements. Disbursements from the Acquisition Fund shall be made for the purpose of paying (including the reimbursement to Lessee for advances from its own funds to accomplish the purposes hereinafter described) the cost of acquiring the Renewable Energy Equipment and a portion of the Delivery Costs.
