Common use of Authorized Company Representative Clause in Contracts

Authorized Company Representative. Whenever under the provisions of this Agreement the approval of the Company is required or the Company is required to take some action at the request of the Issuer, the Trustee or the Bank, such approval or such request shall be given for the Company by the Authorized Company Representative, and the Issuer, the Trustee and the Bank shall be authorized to act on any such approval or request and neither party hereto shall have any complaint against the other or against the Trustee or the Bank as a result of any such action taken.
