Authorized Contract Terms Expressly Incorporated into the ACS Agreement. The following changes are modifying or supplementing the Authorized Contract terms and conditions. (These modifications or additions apply only to actions and relationships within the Participating State of Florida.) A. Upon execution of this ACS, customers may purchase products and services under contract using the State of Florida alternate contract source number 52161500-ACS-16- 1. Customers acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Authorized Contract except as otherwise specified in this ACS. a. Contractor acknowledges that Participating State is an agency of the State of Florida and mandated by the State of Florida that every contract must include the list of terms and conditions stated in the General Contract Conditions.

  • Exhibits and Schedules Incorporated The Exhibits and Schedules annexed hereto are hereby incorporated herein as a part of this Agreement with the same effect as if set forth in the body hereof.

  • Governing Agreement The Assigned Transaction and the Confirmation shall form a part of, and be subject to, the ISDA Master Agreement dated as of September 29, 2006, as amended or supplemented from time to time (the "New Master Agreement"), between Assignee and Remaining Party.
