(DVCM), participates in and supports Mexico’s Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) Supply Chain Security Program. The AEO Program contains eleven (11) minimum standards. DVCM and other AEO certified companies must ensure their compliance with these standards. The standards are strategic and directly relate to Seller’s supply chain security compliance. DTNA and/or DVCM will conduct periodic reviews of Mexico – based Sellers’ processes and facilities based on risk and/or request a copy of Suppliers’ program approval certificate, or other certification letter or documentation, or letter signed by Seller’s legal representative confirming that the Mexico-based Seller complies with the minimum requirements of the AEO certification in all of DTNA shipments.
