Common use of Authorized Expenses Clause in Contracts

Authorized Expenses. In the event County authorizes, in advance and in writing, reimbursement of non-labor expenses related to the services subject of this Contract, County will pay such actual non-labor expenses in strict accordance with the Williamson County Vendor Reimbursement Policy (as amended), which is incorporated into and made a part of this Contract by reference.
