Authorized Insurers. All insurance companies providing coverage to Consultant shall be insurance organizations authorized by the Insurance Commissioner of the State of California to transact the business of insurance in the State of California.

Florida Authorized Insurers All insurance shall be with insurers authorized and eligible to transact the applicable line of insurance business in the State of Florida. The Contractor shall provide Certification(s) of Insurance evidencing that all appropriate coverage is in place and showing the Department to be an additional insured.
Qualified Insurer The policy or policies of insurance must be issued by an insurer with a minimum rating of A- (Secure A.M. Best's Rating) and VIII (Financial Size Category as determined by the most current edition of the Best's Key Rating Guide/Property-Casualty/United States or xxxxxx.xxx). It is preferred, but not mandatory, that the insurer be licensed to do business in the state of California (California Admitted Carrier). If the insurance carrier does not have an A.M. Best Rating of A-/VIII, the CEO/Office of Risk Management retains the right to approve or reject a carrier after a review of the company's performance and financial ratings. The policy or policies of insurance maintained by the Contractor shall provide the minimum limits and coverage as set forth below: Coverage Minimum Limits Commercial General Liability $1,000,000 per occurrence $2,000,000 aggregate Automobile Liability including coverage $1,000,000 per occurrence for owned, non-owned and hired vehicles Workers Compensation Statutory Employers Liability Insurance $1,000,000 per occurrence
Authorized Instructions The Custodian shall be entitled to rely upon any Oral Instructions or Instructions actually received by the Custodian and reasonably believed in good faith by the Custodian to be from an Authorized Person (“Authorized Instructions”). Notwithstanding any other provision included in this Agreement, Written Instructions relating to the disbursement of moneys of the Fund other than in connection with the purchase, sale or settlement of Securities, shall be in the form of a Certificate. The Fund agrees that an Authorized Person shall forward to the Custodian Instructions confirming Oral Instructions by the close of business of the same day that such Oral Instructions are given to the Custodian. The Fund agrees that the fact Instructions confirming Oral Instructions are not received or that contrary Instructions are received by the Custodian after the Custodian has effected such Oral Instructions shall in no way affect the validity or enforceability of transactions authorized by such Oral Instructions and effected by the Custodian.
Authorized User You may request us to issue a Card to an individual who has no financial responsibility under this Agreement. An Authorized User has the same access to your Account as you do, subject to any limitations we may impose. An Authorized User has no authority to add or delete Cardholders, request a replacement Card or terminate or modify this Agreement. You may terminate an Authorized User’s authority to access your Account at any time. To do this, you must return the Card to PenFed. You agree that you are responsible for all charges and cash advances made by an Authorized User, including charges made before the Card is returned, recurring charges, or charges made without the use of the Card initiated by the Authorized User after termination of the Authorized User’s access.
ADDITIONAL INSURED ENDORSEMENT AND PRIMARY AND NON-CONTRIBUTORY INSURANCE CLAUSE Supplier agrees to list Sourcewell and its Participating Entities, including their officers, agents, and employees, as an additional insured under the Supplier’s commercial general liability insurance policy with respect to liability arising out of activities, “operations,” or “work” performed by or on behalf of Supplier, and products and completed operations of Supplier. The policy provision(s) or endorsement(s) must further provide that coverage is primary and not excess over or contributory with any other valid, applicable, and collectible insurance or self-insurance in force for the additional insureds.
Authorized Uses The Participating Institutions and the Authorized Users may make all use of the Licensed Materials as is consistent with the applicable law and with this Agreement, including but not limited to the following licensing conditions ("Authorized Uses"). Recipient’s Insurance The Recipient represents, warrants, and covenants that it has, and will maintain, at its own cost and expense, with insurers having a secure A.M. Other Insurance Policies No action, inaction or event has occurred and no state of facts exists or has existed that has resulted or will result in the exclusion from, denial of, or defense to coverage under any applicable special hazard insurance policy, PMI Policy or bankruptcy bond, irrespective of the cause of such failure of coverage. In connection with the placement of any such insurance, no commission, fee, or other compensation has been or will be received by Seller or by any officer, director, or employee of Seller or any designee of Seller or any corporation in which Seller or any officer, director, or employee had a financial interest at the time of placement of such insurance.
Insurer The Insurer shall be bound only by the terms of the Policy. Any payments the Insurer makes or actions it takes in accordance with the Policy shall fully discharge it from all claims, suits and demands of all entities or persons. The Insurer shall not be bound by or be deemed to have notice of the provisions of this Agreement.
