Authorized Payments. When you transmit a bill payment instruction to us, you authorize us to transfer funds to make the bill payment transaction from your designated checking account. We will process bill payment transfer requests only to those payees the Credit Union has designated in its User Instructions and such payees as you authorize and for whom the Credit Union has the proper payee account number and payment information.
