Bill Pay Service. If we approve the Bill Pay Service for your accounts, you may use the Bill Pay Service to make payments from your designated Checking account to the Payees you choose. You agree to have available and collected funds on deposit in the Credit Union Checking account you designate in amounts sufficient to pay for all bill payments requested, as well as any other payment obligations you have to the Credit Union. The Credit Union reserves the right, without liability, to reject or reverse a bill payment if you fail to comply with the sufficient funds requirement, or any other terms or conditions of the Bill Pay Service, this disclosure or the Bill Pay Service User Agreement. The Credit Union also reserves the right to charge any fees associated with any such rejection or reversal.
Bill Pay Service. You may use the Bill Pay service (accessed through Digital Banking) to make payments to third parties. Use of the Bill Pay service re- quires enrollment in Digital Banking and agreement to the separate Bill Pay service terms and conditions that are provided upon enroll- ment in the Bill Pay service. You may use the Bill Pay service to: • Make payments from a checking account to another financial institution. • Pay bills from a checking account.
Bill Pay Service. When you apply for the Bill Pay Service you must designate your Checking Account as the account from which payments that you authorize will be deducted. You will be given the ability to set up merchants, institutions or individuals that you would like to pay. You have the option to set your payments up as recurring or manual one time payments. You are not permitted to designate governmental agencies or courts. We reserve the right to not allow the designation of a particular merchant or institution. You may not use this service to pay taxes. Unless advised otherwise, payments may only be made to payees located in the United States. You or any persons who you have authorized to use your Bill Pay Service, Online Banking Service, sign-on Password or any access code can perform the following transactions:
(1) Pay any designated merchant, institution or individual in accordance with this agreement a fixed recurring amount or a variable amount Aon demand,” from your designated Checking Account.
(2) Obtain information (payee information, payment status information, etc.) about your Bill Pay account status.
Bill Pay Service. Online Banking offers a Bill Pay service. This Bill Pay service allows you to make payments to merchants, companies or individuals from your TFCU checking account via the Internet. You can make one-time payments as well as, set up recurring payments. e-Bill services are also available for participating merchants. Fees may apply if the service is not used, please refer to our schedule of fees. In order to use the Bill Pay Service, you must accept the electronic Bill Pay closure and have a checking account. Bill Pay will become available immediately upon acceptance. Please refer to the Schedule of Fees for any service fees that may apply. When you apply for Bill Pay Service, you designate your TFCU checking account as the payment account from which payments that you authorize will be deducted. You will be given the ability to set up the names, addresses and account numbers (if any) of the payees (the companies or persons who will receive the payments). You are not permitted to designate governmental agencies or courts as payees. We reserve the right to not allow the designation of a particular merchant or institution. You, or any persons who you have authorized to use your Bill Pay Service, can perform the following transactions: • From your designated TFCU checking account, pay any current, future or repeating payment to any designated merchant, institution or individual in accordance with the Bill Pay Service Terms and Conditions provided to you at the time of application. • Obtain information (payee information, payment status information, e-Bills, etc.) about your Bill Pay account. • Your Bill Pay payments are processed by a third party service provider by either sending an electronic payment to the payee, or by mailing a check or draft to the payee. The method of payment depends upon the processing method that can be accommodated by the payee or Bill Pay services third party processor, as some payees are unable to accept electronic payments. Due to circumstances beyond the control of the Service, particularly delays in handling and posting payments by Billers or financial institutions, some transactions may take longer to be credited to your account. The Service will bear responsibility for any late payment related charges up to $50.00 should a payment post after its Due Date as long as the payment was scheduled in accordance with the guidelines described under "Payment Scheduling" in this Agreement. Bill Pay Service. Seaside National Bank & Trust uses a non-affiliated third party acting on our behalf to process bill payments. This third party processor is required to adhere to the Bank’s strict standards of security and privacy protection. Paper checks processed by the non-affiliated third party may show that they are drawn on the third party processor rather than on Seaside National Bank & Trust.
Bill Pay Service. We will process bill payment transfer requests only to those creditors the Credit Union has designated in the User Instructions and such creditors as you authorize and for whom the Credit Union has the proper vendor code number. We will not process any bill payment transfer if the required transaction information is incomplete. We will withdraw the designated funds from your checking account for bill payment transfer by the designated cutoff time on the date you schedule for payment. We will process your bill payment transfer within a designated number of days before the date you schedule for payment. You must allow sufficient time for vendors to process your payment after they receive a transfer from us. Please leave as much time as though you were sending your payment by mail. We cannot guarantee the time that any payment will be credited to your account by the vendor. The following limitations on Bill Pay Service transactions may apply: - There is no limit on the number of bill payments per day.
Bill Pay Service. You authorize us to process Xxxx pays from your designated account. You may use the Bill Pay Service to initiate two (2) different types of payment transactions:
Bill Pay Service. You may pay bills online using your Card Account. To do so, you must first register for the bill pay service at xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx. This service is provided by a third-party service provider. To use it, you must agree to the terms and conditions the service provider establishes from time to time. These terms and conditions, including any applicable fees, will be provided to you at the time you register for the service. Canceling a payment of Bill Pay transaction: You may cancel a single or recurring Bill Pay transaction after it is scheduled, but before it is paid. Here’s how: Visit xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx or call Cardholder Services at the telephone number located on the “List of All Fees” before the payment is scheduled to be made. At the website, you may cancel payments up to one (1) business day prior to the scheduled payment date. By calling, you may cancel your payment until 8:00 p.m. CT on the date your payment is scheduled to be made. If you call, we may also require you to put your request in writing and get it to us within fourteen (14) days after you call. Liability for failure to stop payment of Bill Pay transaction: If you order us to stop one of these payments of a Bill Pay transaction three (3) business days or more before it is scheduled to be made, and we do not do so, we will be liable for your losses or damages. You understand and agree that once we have begun processing a payment it cannot be cancelled.
Bill Pay Service. 1. You may use the bill paying service, Bill Pay, to direct us to make payments from your designated checking account to Payees you choose in accordance with this agreement. You may use Bill Pay once you have enrolled in and signed into Kinecta Direct.
2. There is no monthly or other periodic charge for the Bill Pay service. There may be a charge for additional transactions and optional services, as disclosed in the Schedules Fees and Charges. Fees for rush/ expedited bill payments are disclosed at the time you elect for a rush/ expedited payment. You agree to pay such charges and authorize us to charge first your Bill Pay Checking Account, and in the event there are not sufficient funds in the checking account, then your Share and Money Market Share accounts, for these amounts and any additional charges that you may incur.
3. You must be 18 years of age (or age of majority depending on the state in which you reside) to set up or use Bill Pay.
4. Bill Pay payments can be for any amount between $1.00 and $25,000; the Credit Union may change this amount temporarily or limit individual transactions on a case by case basis to protect you or the Credit Union from potential fraud or unauthorized transactions, but has no obligation to review or block transactions on this basis.
5. When you schedule a Bill Pay payment using Online Banking, you authorize us to withdraw the necessary funds from your checking account as designated in the Bill Pay service. You agree that you will instruct us to make a withdrawal only when a sufficient balance is or will be available in your designated account or the funds are available through your checking account overdraft source(s).
6. We reserve the right to refuse to pay any Payee. We will notify you promptly if we decide to refuse to pay the person or entity you designate. In addition, we will not be able to execute any bill payment if the Payee cannot or will not accept such payment.
Bill Pay Service. If you enroll in the Bill Pay Service, you may pay bills directly from your deposit Accounts in the amounts and on the days you request. See below for more information regarding the Bill Pay Service.
