Common use of Authorized Representations Clause in Contracts

Authorized Representations. (a) The Fund is not authorized by the Distributor to give on behalf of the Distributor any information or to make any representations other than the information and representations contained in a registration statement or prospectus filed with the SEC under the Securities Act or the Investment Company Act covering Shares, as the registration statement and prospectus is amended or supplemented from time to time.
