Before starting work, the CONSULTANT shall designate an authorized representative acceptable to the City to represent and act for the CONSULTANT and shall inform the City in writing of the name and address of such representative together with a clear definition of the scope of their authority. The CONSULTANT shall keep the City informed of any subsequent changes in the foregoing. The authorized representative of the City shall be the City Manager or designee.
