Common use of Authorized Representative Clause in Contracts

Authorized Representative. 38.1. The Company may in certain cases accept an Authorized Representative on behalf of the Client to place Orders to the Company or to handle any other matters related to the Client Account or this Agreement, provided the Client notifies the Company in writing of the appointment of an Authorized Representative and this person is approved by the Company, fulfilling all of the Company specifications for this.

Authorized Representative. 38.137.1. The Company may in certain cases accept an Authorized Representative on behalf of the Client to place Orders to the Company or to handle any other matters related to the Client Account or this Agreement, provided the Client notifies the Company in writing in advance of the appointment of an Authorized Representative and provides such document of authorization to evidence this as the Company may request, duly certified to the Company’s satisfaction, and this person is approved by the Company, Company fulfilling all of the Company specifications for this.
