Authorized Source List. Licensor shall provide Licensee within one (1) year from the Effective Date of this Agreement the name and address of at least one Authorized Source with the expertise, skill, and knowledge to manufacture and produce the Licensed Products within Licensee's Field of License according to Licensee's specifications and which Licensee is prepared to develop and market.
