Authorized Use of Products. Customer acknowledges that the authorized use for each Software product set forth in this Section 12.0 is a form of Licensed Capacity. If Customer’s access and use of the Software exceeds its Licensed Capacity, Customer will be required to purchase additional licenses and Maintenance at Serena’s then-current list price.
