Authorized Use Only. During the Term of this Agreement, the Symphony Classroom Solution (including all Symphony Classroom Offerings), once Registration and Onboarding is complete, is authorized solely for Authorized Use and for no other purpose. Authorized Use only includes Subscribed Functionality for specific Symphony Classroom Offerings pursuant to valid Subscriptions and in accordance with their terms, and Post-Subscription Functionality for those Symphony Classroom Offerings as applicable. The Institution is responsible for ensuring that all use of the Symphony Classroom Solution is an Authorized Use, and that such use is only in classrooms and facilities on a campus controlled by the Institution.

Authorized Use Only. Tenant shall use the Premises only for the purposes permitted by this Agreement. No items unrelated to that purpose are to be stored on the Premises. Tenant may not store any property outside of the Tenant Improvements.

Customer will implement reasonable controls to ensure that the System is only accessed and used by the then-currently authorized Users. Customer will promptly notify Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxxx of any unauthorized access to or use of the System that becomes known to Customer. Customer will promptly notify Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxxx if a previously authorized user is no longer authorized by Customer to access the System. Customer will take all reasonable steps to ensure that each User’s access to and use of the System follows the terms of this Agreement. Customer will be responsible and liable for any breaches by Users and will cooperate with Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxxx in the enforcement of this Agreement against all third-party contractor or equipment supplier Users. Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxxx will have the right to immediately discontinue any User’s access to and use of the System if Customer or such User breaches the terms of this Agreement or otherwise impedes or disrupts any third party’s use of the System. Where reasonably possible, Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxxx will deliver notice to Customer of the termination of a User’s access to and use of the System. Customer shall indemnify and hold harmless Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxxx against any claims, suits, proceedings, expenses, losses, damages or other similar items relating to or arising from its or its Users breaches of this Agreement.

The Institution is responsible for ensuring that all use of the Xxxxxx Solution is an Authorized Use, and that such use is only in classrooms and facilities on a campus controlled by the Institution.

Authorized Use Only. As between Provider and Preventia, Provider is responsible for the acts and omissions of its Unique Providers, including their errors and omissions and other claims relating to the Provider Services. Provider will implement reasonable controls to ensure that the Preventia Application is only accessed and used by the then- currently authorized Unique Providers and only within each Unique Provider’s access level. Provider will promptly notify Preventia of any unauthorized access to or use of the Preventia Application that becomes known to Provider. Provider will take all reasonable steps to ensure that each Unique Provider’s access to and use of the Preventia Application is in compliance with the terms of this Provider Subscription Agreement. Provider will be responsible for any breaches by Unique Providers within Provider’s reasonable control, and will cooperate with Preventia in the enforcement of this Provider Subscription Agreement against all third party Unique Providers. Preventia will have the right to immediately discontinue Provider’s or a Unique Provider’s access to and use of the Preventia Application if such Unique Provider breaches the terms of this Provider Subscription Agreement or otherwise impedes or disrupts any third party’s use of the Preventia Application. Where reasonably possible, Preventia will deliver notice to Provider of the termination of a Unique Provider’s access to and use of the Preventia Application.

Authorized Use Only. The AIRLINE shall not use or permit the use of the Airport for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or for any purpose which would increase the premium rates paid by MDAD on, or invalidate, any insurance policies of MDAD or any policies of insurance written on behalf of the AIRLINE under this Agreement.

Customer will implement reasonable controls to ensure that the System is only accessed and used by the then-currently authorized Users, and Customer shall immediately disable access when a User is no longer authorized. Customer will promptly notify the Company of any unauthorized access to or use of the System that becomes known to Customer. Customer will take all reasonable steps to ensure that each User’s access to and use of the System is in compliance with the terms of this Agreement. Customer may not share or transfer User IDs or passwords, and each User shall access the System only with a User ID issued to them. Customer will be responsible for all acts or omissions of Customer or its Users, and will cooperate with the Company in the enforcement of this Agreement against all third party Users. The Company will have the right to immediately suspend or terminate a User’s access to and use of the System if such User breaches the terms of this Agreement or threatens or disrupts the System. Where reasonably possible, the Company will deliver notice to Customer of the suspension or termination of a Users access to and use of the System.

Authorized Use Only. Subscribers to the Free version of Alden One® are authorized only to view the assets of or communicate with others regarding the assets of a paid subscriber. ANY USE OR ATTEMPTED USE OF ALDEN ONE BY A FREE SUBSCRIBER FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Alden may terminate the free access to and use of Alden One® at any time after giving 30 days' notice in accordance with Section 10 (Notices).
