Common use of Authorized Use Clause in Contracts

Authorized Use. The Student Data shared pursuant to the Service Agreement, including persistent unique identifiers, shall be used for no purpose other than the Services outlined in Exhibit A or stated in the Service Agreement and/or otherwise authorized under the statutes referred to herein this DPA.

Authorized Use. The Student Data shared pursuant to the Service Agreement, including persistent unique identifiers, shall be used for no purpose other than the Services outlined Services, which shall be performed in Exhibit A or stated accordance with the Service Agreement, this DPA, the statutes referenced in the Service Agreement and/or otherwise authorized under prior subsection, and the statutes referred to herein this DPABookshare Privacy Policy. Contractor also acknowledges and agrees that it shall not make any re-disclosure of any Student Data.

Authorized Use. The Student Data shared pursuant to the Service Agreement, including persistent unique identifiers, shall be used for no purpose other than providing the Services outlined in Exhibit A or stated in the Service Agreement and/or otherwise authorized under the statutes referred to herein this DPADPA applicable laws.

Authorized Use. The Student Data shared pursuant to the Service Agreement, including persistent unique identifiers, shall be used for no purpose other than the Services outlined in Exhibit A or stated in the Service Agreement Agreement□and/or otherwise authorized under the statutes referred to herein this DPA.
