Common use of Authorized VECTRA Resellers Clause in Contracts

Authorized VECTRA Resellers. For any Products acquired by End User through an authorized VECTRA reseller, the following provisions of this Agreement shall not apply: Sections 3.1 and 5.1-5.4. While VECTRA shall remain the “licensor” for purposes of the grant of the licenses and other rights hereunder, and End User shall remain the “licensee” for purposes of the obligations contained herein, End User shall contract directly with the authorized VECTRA reseller for the purchase of Products provided by such authorized VECTRA reseller.

For any Products acquired by End User Customer through an authorized VECTRA reseller, the following provisions of this Agreement shall not apply: Sections 3.1 and 5.14.1-5.44.4. While VECTRA shall remain the “licensor” for purposes of the grant of the licenses and other rights hereunder, and End User Customer shall remain the “licensee” for purposes of the obligations contained herein, End User Customer shall contract directly with the authorized VECTRA reseller for the purchase of Products Hardware and/or Maintenance provided by such authorized VECTRA reseller.
