Authorizer Budget for Two Percent Administrative Fee. The amount of funding allocated to the School shall not be less than ninety-eight percent of the school-generated program costsxxiii. The Authorizer may withhold and use the remaining two percent of the school-generated program cost for its administrative support of the School.
