Authorizer’s Right to Review. The Authorizer maintains the right to request and review additional documentation if such becomes necessary in the course of regular oversight duties or to investigate the validity of a compliance concern. The Authorizer shall conduct its reviews in a manner that does not unduly inhibit the autonomy granted to the School.
