Auto Debit Authorization. Customer hereby authorizes Company to debit Customer’s ACH Processing Account, for the full amount of all fees, expenses and reimbursements then due under the FSB Agreement. Customer shall maintain sufficient funds in Customer’s ACH Processing Account at all times during the Term of the FSB Agreement to enable Company to debit such accounts for the fees, expenses and reimbursements then due under the FSB Agreement, the failure of which shall constitute a default for the failure to pay all such amounts. Within thirty (30) days after execution of the FSB Agreement, if paying by debit, Customer shall complete and submit to Company an auto debit authorization form together with a voided check from Customer’s ACH Processing Account, with the necessary information for Company to debit, when they become due, the full amount of all fees, expense and reimbursements under the FSB Agreement. Auto Debit Authorization. THIS SECTION 22 PROVIDES AUTHORIZATION TO AUTOMATICALLY DEBIT COMPANY’S LINKED ACCOUNTS FOR ALL AMOUNTS COMPANY OWES UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. THE COMPANY MUST READ IT CAREFULLY. UPON XXXXXX’ REQUEST, THE COMPANY SHALL EXECUTE AND DELIVER A “PAD AGREEMENT, WHICH AUTHORIZES XXXXXX TO DEBIT COMPANY’S LINKED ACCOUNT FOR ALL AMOUNTS OWED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.
a. Company authorizes Jeeves or its assigns to collect amounts owed under this Agreement by debiting funds from the Linked Accounts at depository institutions (including banks and credit unions) via ACH. These debits are bound by NACHA rules for business-related ACH debits in the United States and the equivalent rules in the applicable jurisdiction outside of the United States.
b. Jeeves will debit Linked Accounts for all amounts owed to us under this Agreement. If these amounts cannot be collected via ACH for any reason, Company agrees to immediately pay all amounts owed as directed by Xxxxxx. Company also authorizes Jeeves or its assigns to debit Linked Accounts immediately, on any date, and without additional Notice where (a) the total aggregate balance of Linked Accounts is less than any balance minimums that have been communicated to Company; or (b) Jeeves determines, in its sole discretion, that the Company poses or may pose an unacceptable risk to Jeeves, Issuers, or third parties or no longer satisfies the underwriting criteria used to establish the Spending Limit for Company.
c. To withdraw the debit authorization from a Linked Account, Company must provide Jeeves thirty (30) day advance written Notice and pay all amounts owed on the Account immediately, including Charges and other amounts that may be included in future Periodic Statements. Withdrawal of a debit authorization does not terminate the Agreement or Company’s obligation to pay all amounts owed under this Agreement or the Payment Method Terms. Company will be responsible for all costs of collections and damages under this Agreement if amounts owed are not paid by Company as described in this Agreement.
Auto Debit Authorization. I/We hereby agree that BIDV may, and is authorised for this purpose debit my/our account(s) opened with BIDV any amount payable (or any shortfall to any agreed amount payable) to BIDV on the working day prior to monthly Due date or on monthly Due date to settle my/our BIDV credit cards account(s). Customer shall maintain sufficient funds in Customer’s designated bank account at all times during the Term of this Agreement to enable Daxko to debit such accounts for the fees, expenses and reimbursements then due under this Agreement, the failure of which shall constitute a default for the failure to pay all such amounts. Within thirty (30) days after execution of this Agreement, if paying by debit, Customer shall complete and submit to Daxko an auto debit authorization form together with a voided check from Customer’s designated bank account, with the necessary information for Daxko to debit, when they become due, the full amount of all fees, expense and reimbursements under this Agreement. Customer shall provide an updated authorization form to Daxko promptly upon any relevant changes to the information set forth therein. Customer is responsible for reimbursing Daxko for any fees or penalties incurred by Daxko in connection with debiting from the account designated by Customer.
