Section 4.8. 44 Night custodians shall be allowed to attend PSE chapter meetings with no loss of pay, for a maximum 45 of ninety (90) minutes per meeting, provided their building is secured and locked before leaving.

Section 4.8. 28 No rival organization shall enjoy any of the rights contained herein except as provided by law.
Section 4.8. 41 The Association shall have the privilege of using school facilities for meetings outside school hours, 42 provided the facility is scheduled through the District process.
Section 4.8. 14 Representatives of the Association shall obtain permission of the building principal, superintendent, 15 department supervisor, or their designees, in order to have access to the premises during business 16 hours, provided that the building principal, superintendent, department supervisor, or designee, shall 17 upon being requested for access, grant their permission if no hampering or obstruction of work results, 18 and normal operation of the school or department is not interrupted. 20 The District recognizes that the PSE Field Representative has exclusive representing rights and access 21 to any employee in the bargaining unit at any time. As with any visitor to a school building in the 22 District, the Field Representative is required for safety reasons to check in with the building 23 principal/office upon arrival.
Section 4.8. 25 The District will provide the Association with position descriptions and such amendments, changes and 26 additions to such position descriptions as changes from time to time may occur.
Section 4.8. 1. 32 Each building shall provide a mailbox labeled for PSE use in internal communications. 34 Section 4.9. 35 Billing Procedures To Follow When The Association President Misses Work To Attend An Arbitration 36 Hearing, Or Presidential Release Time, And/Or When An Employee Misses Work To Appear As A 37 Witness In An Arbitration Hearing.
Section 4.8. 12 The District shall not subcontract bargaining unit services during the term of this Agreement, provided, 13 however, that the District may contract for services necessary to the District’s education 14 responsibilities but unavailable after good faith posting pursuant to Section 10.8 and consultation with 15 the Union President. 16 18 ARTICLE V 19 20 APPROPRIATE MATTERS FOR CONSULTATION AND NEGOTIATION
