Designated Bank Account definition

Designated Bank Account means the relevant bank account designated by each Holder;
Designated Bank Account means the relevant bank account designated by the relevant Holder;
Designated Bank Account means the bank account identified in the invoice related to the Contract as the account designated by the Seller for receipt of payment.

  • The Cash Settlement Amount minus the determined Exercise Expenses shall be despatched no later than the Settlement Date, by crediting that amount, in accordance with the CCASS Rules, to the Designated Bank Account.

More Definitions of Designated Bank Account

Designated Bank Account means an HK$ account established and maintained with a bank licensed in Hong Kong solely for the purpose of the Project.
