AUTO MESSAGE ACCOUNTING. The MSC collects a full set of call record information. This information can be archived using a standard 9 track magnetic tape supplied with the MSC. These tapes can then be sent to a separate billing system. The MSC may optionally provide on-line transfer of billing information by using a standard FTAM. This eliminates the need for transferring tapes to the billing center and facilities programmed periodic automatic transfer of billing information.

  • Portfolio Accounting Services (1) Maintain portfolio records on a trade date+1 basis using security trade information communicated from the Fund’s investment adviser.

  • Servicer’s Accounting On each Determination Date, the Servicer shall deliver to each of the trustees and other applicable parties under the Further Transfer Agreements and to the Depositor and the Rating Agencies a Servicer’s Accounting with respect to the immediately preceding Monthly Period executed by any Authorized Officer of the Servicer containing all information necessary to each such party for making any distributions required by this Agreement and the Further Transfer Agreements, and all information necessary to each such party for sending any statements required under the Further Transfer Agreements. Receivables to be purchased by the Servicer under Section 2.07 or to be repurchased by the Depositor, the Seller or the Servicer under Pooling Agreement and the Further Transfer Agreements as of the last day of any Monthly Period shall be identified by Receivable number (as set forth in the Schedule of Receivables). With respect to any Receivables for which the Depositor is the Owner, the Servicer shall deliver to the Depositor such accountings relating to such Receivables and the actions of the Servicer with respect thereto as the Depositor may reasonably request.

  • Company’s Accounting System The Company maintains a system of accounting controls sufficient to provide reasonable assurances that (i) transactions are executed in accordance with management's general or specific authorization; (ii) transactions are recorded as necessary to permit preparation of financial statements in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles and to maintain accountability for assets; (iii) access to assets is permitted only in accordance with management's general or specific authorization; and (iv) the recorded accountability for assets is compared with existing assets at reasonable intervals and appropriate action is taken with respect to any differences.

  • No Accounting Except to the extent required by the 1940 Act or under circumstances which would justify his removal for cause, no person ceasing to be a Trustee as a result of his death, resignation, retirement, removal or incapacity (nor the estate of any such person) shall be required to make an accounting to the Shareholders or remaining Trustees upon such cessation.

  • International Data Transfers The Company and the Stock Plan Administrator are based in the United States. The International Participant should note that the International Participant’s country of residence may have enacted data privacy laws that are different from the United States. The Company’s legal basis for the transfer of the International Participant’s personal data to the United States is the International Participant’s consent.

  • Fund Accounting The Trustees may in their discretion from time to time enter into one or more contracts whereby the other party or parties undertakes to handle all or any part of the Trust’s accounting responsibilities, whether with respect to the Trust’s properties, Shareholders or otherwise.

  • Accounting Methods and Financial Records Maintain a system of accounting, and keep such books, records and accounts (which shall be true and complete in all material respects) as may be required or as may be necessary to permit the preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and in compliance with the regulations of any Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over it or any of its properties.

  • Fund Accounting Services GFS may from time to time adopt procedures, or modify its procedures, to implement the terms of this Section. With respect to each Fund, GFS shall provide the following services subject to, and in compliance with, the objectives, policies and limitations set forth in the Trust’s Registration Statement, the Trust’s Agreement and Declaration of Trust, Bylaws, applicable laws and regulations, and resolutions and policies implemented by the Trust’s Board of Trustees (the “Board”):
