Security Features. The final release version of the Game, the Game Disc and the Printed Materials shall include such Security Technology as Nintendo, in its sole discretion, deems necessary or appropriate to (a) reduce the risk of unlawful copying or other unlawful, unsafe or unauthorized uses, (b) protect the Proprietary Rights of Nintendo and of the LICENSEE, (c) promote consumer confidence, and (d) increase the quality, reliability or operation of the NINTENDO GAMECUBE system.
Security Features. You are required to examine the Card security features prior to completing a sale. You should examine the Card to be sure there has been no tampering to the signature panel. Specific Card security features are as follows:

2) Five unsuccessful login attempts will disable the user’s account. Until the District has verified the assigned user to the locked account, the account will remain locked. In order to use the account again the user will need to contact the Technology Office.
3) The users will be automatically logged off if they leave their web browser open and inactive for a period of time.
4) The Parent/guardian account will be inactivated when all their child(ren) have either withdrawn or graduated from Peekskill City School District, or a court action denies the parent/guardian access to the student’s information.
Security Features. If the Cloud Services will be used to transmit or process Personal Data, Customer will ensure that all Personal Data is captured and used solely via the use of security features made available by Genesys.

5) The Parent/guardian account will be inactivated when all their child(ren) have either withdrawn or graduated from Xxxxx School District, or a court action denies the parent/guardian access to the student’s information.

2) Five unsuccessful login attempts will disable the user's account. Until security questions are answered, the account will remain disabled. In order to use the account again the user will need to contact the student's school office to have the account reactivated
3) The users will be automatically logged off if they leave their web browser open and inactive for a period of time.
4) The parent/guardian account will be permanently deactivated when his/her children have either withdrawn or graduated from the Batavia City School District, or a court action denies the parent/guardian access to his/her child's information.
