Automatic Amendment and Interpretation. If there is (i) a change in any law, regulation or rule, state or federal, applicable to HIPPA and/or Confidential Information, or (ii) any change in the judicial or administrative interpretation of any such law, regulation or rule,, upon the effective date of such change, this DUA shall be deemed to have been automatically amended, interpreted and read so that the obligations imposed on HHS and/or CONTRACTOR remain in compliance with such changes.
