Common use of Automatic Amendment Clause in Contracts

Automatic Amendment. Upon the Issuer Trustee ceasing to be the trustee of the Trust, this Indenture will be automatically amended to delete any reference to the name of the trustee so ceasing to be the trustee of the Trust and to substitute therefor the name or names of the successor trustee or trustees as the continuing trustee or trustees of the Trust, as the case may be.
