Duration of Agreements i. VA Promise Mk6 is provided initially for a three year period commencing on 1 April 2015 until 31 March 2018 with the agreement of member schools the scheme may be extended beyond March 2018.

Duration of Agreements. Section 136 of P.L. 112-95 does not specify or limit the duration of agreements for residential through-the-fence access. Therefore, FAA will not require these agreements contain any specific limitation on the duration.
Duration of Agreements. The duration of the agreements shall be indefinite, subject to termination as provided in the agreements.
Duration of Agreements. 2.1 These Agreements and the Appendices thereto shall remain in full force and effect from October 18, 2021 until 11:59 p.m., October 19, 2025.
Duration of Agreements. (1) The municipality may, in deciding on the duration of the agreement for the payment of arrears have regard to:
(a) the credit record of the customer;
(b) the amount in arrear;
(c) the gross and net income of the customer;
(d) the level of consumption of municipal services;
(e) the level of service provided to the customer;
(f) previous breaches of agreements for the payment of arrears in instalments; and
(g) any other relevant factor.

Duration of Agreements. 3.1 The Agreement shall be valid for a total period of 8(Eight) years from the effective data unless revoked earlier of reasons as specified elsewhere in the document. The Subsidy support shall be extended up to a maximum period of 5 (Five) years forms the data the VPT is installed and made functional.
Duration of Agreements. 3.1 This Agreement shall come into full force and effect and be binding on all parties from July3rd, 2017 to June 30th, 2018.
3.2 Any party may terminate this Agreement upon 60 days notice by mailing a notice of termination by registered or certified mail to the other parties at the appropriate address.
Duration of Agreements. 3.2.1. The terms and conditions set out herein shall cease in their operation upon fulfilling the obligations under the agreement or the termination of the agreement, whichever cause arises.
3.2.2. The above is subject to the severability clause set out in clause 11, such terms and conditions remaining in effect as set out therein.
