Common use of Automatic Payments Clause in Contracts

Automatic Payments. (i) If you select Option 1, please execute and send this Agreement with full payment of the License Fee; or (ii) If you select Options 2, 3, or 4, please execute and send this Agreement and the Automatic Payment Authorization (“APA”) which has also been provided. By submitting an APA, you understand that you are authorizing the Kings to charge your Card and/or Account (as those terms are defined in the APA), to pay the License Fee and any other amounts owing under this Agreement in accordance with the payment plan option you selected.

Automatic Payments.
