Automatic Probation, Suspension and Revocation. Failure to comply with the Affiliation Agreement reporting requirements shall result in automatic probation and failure to file the required reports within the probationary period will result in automatic suspension. If the Chapter fails to comply with the reporting requirements within the nine (9) month suspension period, then the Chapter's affiliated status shall be automatically revoked.
