Common use of Automatic Re-Enrollment Clause in Contracts

Automatic Re-Enrollment. An Enrollee who is disenrolled from the Contractor’s Dental Plan solely because thdue to they loss of Medicaid eligibility shall automatically be re-enrolled with the Contractor’s Dental Plan if the Enrollee regains eligibility within two months re-enrollment of that Enrollee.
