Common use of Automatic Renewal, Cancellation and Non-Renewal Clause in Contracts

Automatic Renewal, Cancellation and Non-Renewal. An expiring policy will be automatically renewed for a full calendar year unless notice of non- renewal is received three (3) calendar months or more prior to the policy expiration date. This policy may be cancelled by the Underwriter, and coverage under this policy and obligations of the Underwriter under this policy are subject to termination in accordance with the Shareholders' Agreement, as amended. The Named Insured may elect not to renew this policy in accordance with the Shareholders’ Agreement as amended.
