Common use of Automatic Renewal of Term Clause in Contracts

Client understands and agrees that this Agreement shall automatically renew indefinitely for consecutive twelve (12) month terms unless RapLab and/or the Client provides the other party to this Agreement with written notice of its intention not to renew this Agreement no later than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the initial period, or any renewal of the Term of this Agreement.
