Automatic Waivers. The Charter School Act allows for waivers for the School from the requirements of the Public School Code pertaining to individual class load, length of the school day, staffing patterns, subject areas, purchase of instructional materials, evaluation standards for school personnel, school principal duties and driver educationxii.
