Common use of AUTOMOBILE AND HEALTH ALLOWANCE Clause in Contracts

AUTOMOBILE AND HEALTH ALLOWANCE. During the term of this Agreement, the Executive shall be provided with an automobile allowance. The Executive shall also be provided with a health club membership of his choosing and concierge physician services of his choosing; provided, however, that the total amount available to the Executive pursuant to this Section 6(c) (including the automobile allowance) shall not exceed $5,000 per year.

AUTOMOBILE AND HEALTH ALLOWANCE. During the term of this Agreement, the Executive shall be provided with an automobile allowance. The Executive shall also be provided with allowance of $500.00 per month, as well as a health club membership of his choosing and concierge physician services of his choosing; provided, however, that the total amount available to the Executive pursuant to this Section 6(c) (including the automobile allowance) shall not exceed $5,000 per year.

The Executive shall also be provided with a health club membership of his choosing and concierge physician services of his choosing; provided, however, that the total amount available to the Executive pursuant to this Section 6(c) (including the automobile allowance) shall not exceed $5,000 30,000 per year.
