Overtime Meal Allowance. Employees required to work more than two (2) hours overtime consecutive with a shift shall be provided with a meal by the Employer.
Overtime Meal Allowance. An employee who works two and one-half (2½) hours of overtime immediately before or following his/her scheduled hours of work shall receive a meal allowance of seven dollars ($7.00). One-half (½) hour with pay shall be allowed the employee in order that he/she may take a meal break either at or adjacent to his/her place of work.
(a) This clause shall not apply to part-time employees until the requirements of Article
Overtime Meal Allowance. Where an employee is required to work overtime on a particular day which was not pre- scheduled and which would result in the employee working more than nine (9) consecutive hours in a day, the employee will receive a meal allowance of $7.00.
Overtime Meal Allowance. (a) When an employee is required to work in excess of two and one-half (2½) hours' overtime immediately before or after completion of his/her scheduled daily hours, he/she shall be provided with a meal or shall be reimbursed with an overtime meal allowance, and a meal break of one-half (½) hour with pay will be given. The overtime meal allowance shall be twelve dollars and thirty-five cents ($12.35).
(b) If the employee continues to work overtime beyond three (3) hours, a further meal or allowance and meal break as above shall be provided upon completion of an additional four (4) hours worked; and upon the completion of every three (3) hours worked thereafter.
(c) When an employee is not on standby and is called out for overtime prior to his/her scheduled shift and it was not possible to give sufficient notice1 to permit preparation of the meal normally taken to work, the Employer shall provide the meal or pay the overtime meal allowance.
(d) In the case of an employee called out on overtime to work on a rest day, this clause will apply only to hours worked outside his/her regular shift times for a normal workday.
(e) Where any of the meals provided under (a), (b), (c) or (d) above duplicate a meal for which an employee is entitled because of travel status or field allowance, then the employee shall receive only one (1) benefit for each meal.
Overtime Meal Allowance. An Employee, who is required to work a minimum of three (3) hours' overtime immediately following her scheduled hours of work and where it is not practical for her to enjoy her usual meal time before commencing such work, shall be granted reasonable time with pay, as determined by the Employer, in order that she may take a meal break either at or adjacent to her place of work. Under such conditions she shall be provided a voucher for one (1) meal in the amount of $15.00 or where meal service is unavailable, the Employee will receive reimbursement in the amount of $15.00 through the payroll system.
Overtime Meal Allowance. An Employee that works an additional 2 hours after ordinary hours will be entitled to an allowance of $15.00. The allowance is in lieu of the overtime meal allowance and the paid break that would normally be taken.

Overtime Meal Allowance. A casual employee is eligible to receive payment of overtime meal allowances in accordance with Annex C.
Overtime Meal Allowance. A. Up to $8 may be reimbursed for an overtime meal. Receipts may be required. An overtime meal allowance of $8 will only be provided when an employee is required to work two (2) consecutive hours prior to or two (2) consecutive hours after the regular work shift.
B. No overtime meal allowances will be paid to employees who are working overtime on a regular day off or holiday unless they work two (2) or more hours in excess of the number of hours worked on their regularly scheduled workdays.
Overtime Meal Allowance. Employees who are required to work a minimum of two and one-half (2½) hours' overtime before or after their scheduled hours of work shall be provided with a hot meal or shall be reimbursed in the amount of ten dollars ($10). A meal break of one-half (½) hour with pay shall be given at the overtime rate. A further hot meal allowance of ten dollars ($10) and a meal break of one-half (½) hour with pay shall be provided during each subsequent four (4) hour overtime period.
