Common use of Automobile Expenses Clause in Contracts

Automobile Expenses. 19.1 The Employer agrees to reimburse individuals w ho are authorized by the Employer to use their private vehicles on city business for the cost of parking, as w ell as for any kilometers driven on the Employer’ s business at the corporate mileage rate. 19.2 The Employer shall reimburse employees for reasonable travel expenses w xxxx travelling on City business, provided such travel expenses have been pre-approved by the appropriate represent ative of the Employer.
