Common use of Automobile Liability Coverage Clause in Contracts

Automobile Liability Coverage. The CONSULTANT shall maintain automobile liability insurance covering bodily injury and property damage for all activities of the CONSULTANT arising out of or in connection with the work to be performed under this Agreement, including coverage for owned, hired, and non-owned vehicles, in an amount of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit for each occurrence.

Automobile Liability Coverage. The CONSULTANT Tenant shall maintain automobile liability insurance covering bodily injury and property damage for all activities of the CONSULTANT Tenant arising out of or in connection with the work to be performed under this Agreement, including coverage for owned, hired, hired and non-owned vehicles, in an amount of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit for each occurrence.

The CONSULTANT shall maintain automobile liability insurance covering bodily injury, personal injury and property damage for all activities of the CONSULTANT arising out of or in connection with the work to be performed under this Agreement, including coverage for owned, hired, hired and non-owned vehicles, in an amount of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit for each occurrence.

Automobile Liability Coverage. The CONSULTANT shall maintain automobile liability insurance covering bodily injury and property damage for all activities of the CONSULTANT arising out of or in connection with the work to be performed under this Agreement, including coverage for owned, hired, and non-owned vehicles, in an amount of not less than one million three hundred thousand dollars ($1,000,000300,000) combined single limit for each occurrence. If CONSULTANT or CONSULTANT’s employees will use personal autos in any way on this project, CONSULTANT shall obtain evidence of personal auto liability coverage for each such person.
