Mobilization Plan. The Mobilization Plan provides a process to quickly notify, assemble and deploy fire service personnel and equipment to any local fire jurisdiction in Washington State that has expended all local and mutual aid resources in attempting to manage, mitigate and control an emergency incident or situation for the protection of life and property. If the Fire Agency responds with its available assets to an incident mobilization, both parties shall comply with the procedures detailed in the Mobilization Plan.

Mobilization Plan. Each party shall develop and update on a regular basis a plan providing for the effective mobilization of its resources and facilities.
Mobilization Plan. .1 The bidder submitting the lowest valid bid shall, within 15 days of notification of the Minister’s intent to award the contract, provide the Minister with a detailed Mobilization Plan. Mobilization Plan. The Contractor shall complete the Mobilization Plan no later than Fourteen (14) days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed by PRIFA as established in the Contract Documents; this term is included in the Contract Time. If the Contractor does not comply with these terms PRIFA will apply a penalty of $500.00 dollars per each day of delay without further notice.
Mobilization Plan. USAID expects rapid startup; thus, the Contractor must finalize the mobilization plan COR during the first month of the contract. The plan must identify quick start programmatic activities that are high priority and can begin immediately while the full work plan is being developed. Quick start programmatic activities may commence prior to completion of the full work plan with prior approval for the specific activity or activities by the COR.
