Mobilization Plan. The Mobilization Plan provides a process to quickly notify, assemble and deploy fire service personnel and equipment to any local fire jurisdiction in Washington State that has expended all local and mutual aid resources in attempting to manage, mitigate and control an emergency incident or situation for the protection of life and property. If the Fire Agency responds with its available assets to an incident mobilization, both parties shall comply with the procedures detailed in the Mobilization Plan.
Mobilization Plan. Each party shall develop and update on a regular basis a plan providing for the effective mobilization of its resources and facilities.
Mobilization Plan. .1 The bidder submitting the lowest valid bid shall, within 15 days of notification of the Minister’s intent to award the contract, provide the Minister with a detailed Mobilization Plan. The Mobilization Plan shall include but not be limited to the following: .1 insurance certificate and fidelity bonding requirements, .2 certificate of account with Workers’ Compensation Board of Alberta, .3 list of all staff and supervisors assembled to complete the Work, .4 evidence of certification for Security Requirements in accordance with Section 4.6.10 of the Terms of Contract, .5 letters of intent or written agreements with subcontractors for the term of the Contract, .6 established Occupational Health and Safety program, .7 details of how Prime Contractor responsibilities for Other Contracts will be managed as per Section 1.20 as part of the scope of work for this contract.
Mobilization Plan. 1 The Property Manager shall, within 21 days of notification of the Ministers intent to award the contract provide the Minister with a detailed Mobilization Plan. The Mobilization Plan shall include but not be limited to the following: .1 insurance certificate and fidelity bonding requirements, .2 certificate of account with Workers’ Compensation Board of Alberta, .3 lists of all staff and supervisors assembled to complete the Work, .4 evidence of certification for Security Requirements in accordance with Section 4.6.10 of Terms of Contract, .5 letters of intent or written agreements with subcontractors for the term of the Contract, .6 established Occupational Health and Safety program, .7 details of how Prime Contractor responsibilities for Other Contracts will be managed as per Section 1.22 Safety as part of the scope of work for this contract, .8 employee and subcontractor labour rates agreed to by the Minister, .9 detailed schedule of Caretaking Requirements, .10 detailed division of work for Preventative Maintenance performed at intervals quarterly or greater, .11 water treatment program in accordance with Section 4.7.3, and .12 e-mail address, .13 procedures to ensure Building Operators provide the required facility services, .14 provide copies of resumes and security clearances for proposed staff, .15 subcontractor contractual requirements and terms of payment, .16 24 hour telephone number for emergency purposes, .17 location and organizational structure of operational offices, and .18 strategy for transitional period. Edit Note: Edit if not a new contract this section is not required.
Mobilization Plan. The Contractor shall complete the Mobilization Plan no later than Fourteen (14) days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed by PRIFA as established in the Contract Documents; this term is included in the Contract Time. If the Contractor does not comply with these terms PRIFA will apply a penalty of $500.00 dollars per each day of delay without further notice.
Mobilization Plan. USAID expects rapid startup; thus, the Contractor must finalize the mobilization plan COR during the first month of the contract. The plan must identify quick start programmatic activities that are high priority and can begin immediately while the full work plan is being developed. Quick start programmatic activities may commence prior to completion of the full work plan with prior approval for the specific activity or activities by the COR. Within 30 calendar days after the start date of the Contract, the Contractor shall provide a mobilization plan to the COR which will detail the timeframe for deploying staff, setting up offices, procuring vehicles, office equipment, and initiating program activities.
Mobilization Plan. The Contractor shall complete the Mobilization Plan no later than [NUMBER OF DAYS IN WORDS] [(NUMBER OF DAYS)] from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed by MSJ as established in the Contract Documents; this term is included in the Contract Time. If the Contractor does not comply with these terms, the MSJ will apply a penalty of [PENALTY AMOUNT IN DOLLARS] dollars per each day of delay without further notice.
Mobilization Plan. Operator shall carry out and complete the Mobilization Plan, and shall provide for management, technical, administrative, engineering, labor relations and other personnel necessary in connection therewith.
Mobilization Plan. Owner and Administrator shall perform all obligations of Owner and Administrator agreed in the Mobilization Plan.
Mobilization Plan. 28.1. Mobilization plan including mobilization of machines and equipment and personnel was developed on the basis of tender requirements and a bid presented by the contractor.
