Common use of Automobile Liability Coverage Clause in Contracts

Automobile Liability Coverage. Automobile liability insurance covering bodily injury and property damage for all activities of the Consultant arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including coverage for owned, hired and non-owned vehicles, in an amount of not less than $100,000 per person or $300,000 total combined single limit for each occurrence.

Automobile Liability Coverage. Automobile liability insurance covering bodily injury and property damage for all activities of the Consultant Tenant and its General Contractor and any subcontractors arising out of or in connection with the Improvements work to be performed under this Agreement, including coverage for owned, hired and non-owned vehicles, in an amount of not less than one million dollars ($100,000 per person or $300,000 total 1,000,000) combined single limit for each occurrence.
