Common use of Automobile Liability Coverage Clause in Contracts

Automobile Liability Coverage. Automobile liability insurance covering bodily injury and property damage for all activities of Consultant arising out of or in connection with the work to be performed under this Agreement, including coverage for owned, hired and non-owned vehicles, in an amount of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) for each occurrence of bodily injury and $100,000 per occurrence for property damage.

Automobile Liability Coverage. Automobile liability insurance covering bodily injury and property damage for all activities of Consultant the Tenant and its General Contractor and any subcontractors arising out of or in connection with the Improvements work to be performed under this Agreement, including coverage for owned, hired and non-owned vehicles, in an amount of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit for each occurrence of bodily injury and $100,000 per occurrence for property damageoccurrence.

Automobile Liability Coverage. Automobile liability insurance covering against claims for personal injury (including bodily injury and death) and property damage for covering all activities of Consultant arising out of or in connection with the work to be performed under this Agreement, including coverage for vehicles owned, hired and leased or non-owned vehiclesand hired by the Contractor, in an amount of not less than one million dollars (including loading and unloading, with a $1,000,000) for each occurrence of bodily injury and $100,000 1,000,000 minimum limit per occurrence for property damageoccurrence. Deductibles to be acceptable to the Owner.
