Automobile Usage. No employee in the unit shall be required to utilize their personal vehicle for city business as a condition of employment. An employee who does not drive their personal vehicle for City business does not qualify for an auto allowance per the City’s Administrative Regulation Finance.03 Mileage Reimbursement and Automobile Allowance Policies.
Automobile Usage. The School Corporation shall provide ▇▇▇▇▇ with a motor vehicle of the School Corporation’s choosing and at its expense for ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ use in performing School Corporation business. Personal use of this corporation-owned vehicle is permitted, but ▇▇▇▇▇ shall accurately record any personal usage of the vehicle and report that usage to the School Corporation for its use in preparing ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ annual W-2 form. Should the corporation- owned vehicle be unavailable and ▇▇▇▇▇ use his personal vehicle in service to the School Corporation, the School Corporation shall reimburse ▇▇▇▇▇ at the then current IRS rate for actual mileage incurred in his personal vehicle in the performance of such services. ▇▇▇▇▇ shall properly document such usage in requesting reimbursement.
Automobile Usage. In the event the School District requests any employee to use his/her own vehicle on business of the School District, that employee shall be reimbursed at the business rate as established by the Internal Revenue Service. No vehicle may be used on School District business without the express written authorization of the Superintendent or his/her designee. No employee shall be required to use his/her personal vehicle on school business except for an emergency. The District shall not require employees, in these emergency situations, to transport materials which will deface, injure or otherwise harm the employee’s vehicle, but the employee may be directed to transport tools and other minor construction equipment.
Automobile Usage. During the term of this Agreement and any renewal term, Employee shall be entitled to an automobile allowance in the amount of $2,000 per month. The Corporation shall be responsible for title to, and the maintenance and insurance costs for, such automobile. Employee shall provide substantiation for such allowance by documentation, the form and content of which shall be the same as required of the officers of the Corporation.
Automobile Usage. Use of one Company automobile (a 2006 Ford Expedition, VIN # IFMFU17536LA91936) currently in your possession for a period of twelve (12) months after the Separation Date.

Automobile Usage. To accomplish his work under this Contract, Superintendent shall have daily access to and use of a District owned vehicle. The District shall be responsible for all expenses relating to the usage, as well as keeping the vehicle in good working order Because Superintendent shall be using a District vehicle for job related travel, he shall not be entitled to any reimbursement for mileage.
Automobile Usage. The Company shall provide a leased vehicle for use by Employee and shall pay the lease, insurance, gas, maintenance and other reasonable expenses for Employee’s operation of such vehicle.
