Common use of Availability for Review Clause in Contracts

Availability for Review. The EPDs shall be available during business hours for joint review by DB Contractor, TxDOT and any dispute resolver in accordance with Section 16, in connection with negotiation of Change Orders and resolution of Claims or Disputes under the CMA Documents, and also as described in Section 17.1.6. TxDOT shall be entitled to review all or any part of the EPDs in order to satisfy itself regarding the applicability of the individual documents to the matter at issue.
