Assignment of Causes of Action. Seller hereby sells, assigns, transfers and conveys to Purchaser all right, title and interest it has in and to all causes of action and enforcement rights, whether currently pending, filed, or otherwise, for the Patents and all inventions and discoveries described therein, including without limitation all rights to pursue damages, injunctive relief and other remedies for past, current and future infringement of the Patents.
Assignment of Causes of Action. Contractor hereby assigns to Owner all rights, title, and interest in and to all causes of action it may have under Section 4 of the Xxxxxxx Act (15 U.S.C. Sec. 15), arising from purchases of Equipment and Materials, or other goods, services or materials pursuant to this Contract. Nokia hereby sells and assigns to Purchaser, and Purchaser hereby acquires and accepts from Nokia, all right, title and interest in, to and under all causes of action and enforcement rights of any type or nature whatsoever, whether known, unknown, currently pending, filed, or otherwise, for the Assigned Patents, including all rights to pursue damages, injunctive relief and other remedies for past, current and future infringement of the Assigned Patents.

The right to xxx for past infringement must be expressly assigned because it is not included by default in an assignment of a patent. 22. Consider making it more clear that the portion referring to Subject Technology contemplates suing for previous breaches of confidentiality agreements between the Seller and other parties. 23. Consider inserting, “both legal and equitable” after “remedies” to be exhaustive.
Assignment of Causes of Action. As of the Effective Date, the Trust hereby assigns to the Company, and the Company hereby accepts, all rights of the Trust as a plaintiff in any cause of action, claim, suit, proceeding, or arbitration, including but not limited to those involving Bear, Stearns Securities Corp., Axiom Xxxxxxl Management, Inc., and/or persons employed by or affiliated therewith.

The Progressive Contractor hereby offers and agrees to assign to the Department all rights, title, and interest in and to all causes of action it may have under Section 4 of the Xxxxxxx Act (15 U.S.C. § 15), arising from purchases of goods, services, or materials pursuant to this Agreement or any Subcontract. This assignment shall be made and become effective at the time the Department tenders Final Payment to the Progressive Contractor, without further action of the Parties.
