AVAILABILITY OF AGREEMENT. Immediately after the signing of this Agreement by both parties, the STATE will reproduce the Agreement in sufficient quantities so that each employee may receive a copy, plus additional reserve copies for distribution to employees hired during the term of the Agreement. The cover of the Agreement will include the seal of the STATE and the UNION insignia.
