Availability of Fund. All payment of remuneration to the above contractual officer shall be borne from the State Cell fund . The duration of contract will also be reviewed periodically based on fund availability under the proper head .
Availability of Fund. The Custodian or its nominee shall advise the Participant and Employer if a Fund held in a Participant’s Account is no longer available for investment.

As to contributions, if the Participant does not submit required investment instructions, the Custodian may hold uninvested, or return all or a portion of, the contribution without liability for loss of income or appreciation, and without liability for interest, pending receipt of proper instructions or clarification. As to existing Account balances, if the Participant does not submit required investment instructions, disposition of the Account will follow procedures established by the Fund.
Availability of Fund. The fund shall be available to the Commis- sion—
(1) for payment of transaction costs and similar expenses incurred under section 188a–1 of this title;
(2) subject to the approval of the Committee on Appropriations of the House of Representa- tives and the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate, for improvement and preservation projects for the United States Capitol;
(3) for disbursement with respect to works of fine art and other property as provided in sec- tion 188a–1 of this title; and
(4) for such other payments as may be re- quired to carry out section 188a of this title or section 188a–1 of this title.
