Availability of Other Network Elements on an Unbundled Basis. 14.1 Any request by North Atlantic for access to a Verizon Network Element that is not already available and that Verizon is required by Applicable Law to provide on an unbundled basis shall be treated as a Network Element Bona Fide Request pursuant to Section 14.3, of this Attachment. North Atlantic shall provide Verizon access to its Network Elements as mutually agreed by the Parties or as required by Applicable Law. 14.2 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 14, a Party shall not be required to provide a proprietary Network Element to the other Party under this Section 14 except as required by Applicable Law.
