Availability of Parking Spaces. Landlord shall take reasonable actions ------------------------------ to ensure the availability of the parking spaces leased by Tenant, but Landlord does not guarantee the availability of those spaces at all times against the actions of other tenants of the Building and users of the Parking Facility. Access to the Parking Facility may, at Landlord's option, be regulated by card, pass, bumper sticker, decal or other appropriate identification issued by Landlord.
