Availability of Production Statistics. Production statistics for the PV Plant, including energy generation, auxiliary load consumed, ambient conditions (temperature, wind speed/direction, solar insolation, etc.) and availability shall be collected by SCADA system and O&M Contractor shall make such production statistics generated by the SCADA system available to Owner at all times.
