Availability Preceding Expiration of Qualified Project Period. During the three (3) years prior to the later of (i) the expiration of the Qualified Project Period or (ii) the date that is fifty-five (55) years after the date of commencement of the Qualified Project Period, the Owner shall continue to make available to Very Low Income Tenants the Restricted Units that have been vacated to the same extent that non-Restricted Units, if any, are made available to non-eligible households.
Availability Preceding Expiration of Qualified Project Period. During the three (3) years prior to the expiration of the Qualified Project Period, the Owner shall continue to make available to Qualified Tenants Restricted Units that have been vacated to the same extent that non-Restricted Units, if any, are made available to non-eligible households. Nothing in this Subsection 6(g) or Subsection 6(f) shall be interpreted to require the City to monitor Owner’s compliance herewith or with Subsection 6(f).
Availability Preceding Expiration of Qualified Project Period. To the extent applicable, during the three (3) years prior to the later of (i) the expiration of the Qualified Project Period or (ii) the date that is seventy-five (75) years after the date of commencement of the Qualified Project Period, the Owner shall continue to make available Restricted Units to eligible households that have been vacated to the same extent that non-Restricted Units, if any, are made available to non-eligible households.
